Eligibility:
Open to graduating seniors or master's students who have:
- demonstrated excellent quantitative and qualitative research skills
- demonstrated excellent written and oral communications skills
- demonstrated excellent computer skills
- demonstrable knowledge about the World Food Programme and its mission.
- Letter of interest (one page)
- Resume
- Two letters of recommendation, at least one them from a JCU professor, advisor, or supervisor, who can speak to your suitability for and capacity to undertake and succeed in the WFP fellowship.

- Six-month, full-time commitment to the World Food Program
- Site: World Food Program headquarters in Rome, Italy
- Approximate dates: September - February
- Type of assignment: dependent upon skill set and assignment by WFP
- Round-trip airfare at beginning and end of program (up to $1,700)
- Housing stipend in Rome
- Cash stipend of $1,250 per month for the six-month fellowship
- Insurance
- Any expenses not listed as included, above
